LSIA Field Services, Metropolitan, Administrative Services. Proffessional Standards, Special Projects (parades, funerals etc) Metro Div houses K-9, SWAT, Operations, and admin. Harbour Unit.

Woah woah woah haha. That's a lot. I am slowly implementing more divisions but I'll simplify it a bit more than that. For example there would maybe be "Protective Services" which would be a mix of LSIA Security, special event security and VIP transport. Maybe even a mix of SWAT and K-9 or whatever. I'll think of them as I go but the chances of having so many different divisions are pretty low, even if I did add all of those separately the chances of filling them all would be extremely low. I'll take this back to administration to discuss how we'll handle this

Proffesional Standars is just another name for Internal Affairs by the way

Yeah I know, internal affairs has already been added though and personally I prefer the name
